Concern is one thing, but the tone of some folks on here implies that it’s a disaster - with Hanlon not showing much (yet) and the new lad not even kicked a ball.

People were on here well over half way last season going on about the team waiting to “click” but we won the league.  Now I’m not saying this will happen again this time, but surely the manager and the squad need a bit more time than the start of September to be judged this way.?
Spot on IDM. GM always says it is about being patient and that means everyone. No-one has a magic wand and everything just happens. The gaffer will make mistakes, but I trust in the process.

Absolutely guys. We bemoaned the absence of a settled team and questioned his selections in the first half of the season. It wasn’t until after the close of the January window, and the Cup completions were concluded, did we see more of being able to name the first 8 or 9
On the team sheet.

Likely this first half of the season will be no different as he rotates the squad for the Cups and explores different combinations and formations. It will be fascinating to watch and maybe frustrating at times but it's all a means to a stronger end to a season

I've noticed "Hanlon" is starting to creep in with some posters, to join with Billy Sharpe, Richard Woods, and Terry Bramhall.

Yeah, nice one, NC. I also forgot "Ian Lawler".
