Bails or mols not scoring every week is now highlighting the disasterous signing of the 2 forward players!!!!
There are those hiding and so many who seem to clear the ball aimlessly gift wrapped .

This is surely what McCann is saying and it comes down to playing with confidence.

How can players lose a head of steam of confidence going back 18 months, in two weeks?
I said to my father in law when he asked. I think we will end up mid table to possibly sneak in the play offs and if you have to win a certain amount of games to get there, that start has helped us.People flagging the front guys off are ridiculous again. I have a feeling they will cause trouble, I just feel some get it harder than others. I actually have no idea why Gibson gets the plaudits he does, yet I would never not support him, I actually think he is poor. Yet the other guys haven't been here for 1 full year, been injured / no games for months and expected to set the league alight.Back to idiot city again.Grow up and support them, you dont have to have a scapegoat.
The problem is people keep coming off the bench, having good games then getting a start and doing nothing of note.It must be so frustrating for Grant.I’m certain Grehan, Gibson and Close did enough to start Saturday. Let’s hope they perform if they do.
Dont get all this current negativity. Talking about lack of confidence and being on a losing run.Points wise we have started the season well. But the last 4 games we have lost we would have at the start of the season highlighted 3 of them as games we would likely have come away with 0. Only the wimbledon game was a disappointment result wise. Think there has been a massive overreaction this last week and the constant need to make wholesale changes to the starting lineup every week isnt going to help. Its time we find our matchday squad and stick with it. How can partnerships be formed if we chop and change every week.
We’re weren’t very good for large parts before Jan last season and that was with a very good team for the division. I think it seems to take GM a while to settle in his best side.We are way short up front and GM can look at himself there. Signed Hanlan very early then didn’t give Ironside much time in preseason.

Usherwide, when you started a thread at the beginning of September, you were somewhat berated that you had started such a thread.Maybe some will now have a different view, because even though we started well, it was obvious to some that their was an issue likely to develop.I don’t particularly agree with this whose say we at not creating chances, at time we play well and do create chances, it’s just we are not getting anyone to stick it in back of the net. (Good example is Bails who makes the run to attack the ball)Billy has been producing a very good work rate, but all too often is spent coming deep or out wide, as opposed to getting in the box where we all know is where he is likely to have the best chance of scoring.
