Keep humming the Beck song in my head every time they say his name. Amaluzor baby.

Decent first half. They’re not causing us too much trouble but we’ve looked well in control bar two chances near the end. Timmy looking composed again, Middleton and Gotts lively, Olusanya busy and using his pace, just lacking that cutting edge at the moment. I think he might get one second half, get his confidence up a bit.

Commentator keeps telling us Olusanya is lightening quick, he needs a full half of the pitch to get a stride in front of a Grimsby centre back.

For me Olusanya is looking decent, he's getting involved in everything going forward and not hiding, he's strong, fast and has had a couple of good chances in front of goal and should have done better with his glancing header from a great cross whipped in by Middleton who has been excellent on the left. The lad just needs that bit of luck to go his way.

A quick third goal for Rovers and we can sit back a bit. Middleton to score next.

Disagree on sitting back.  Results have been poor recently so a big win boosts confidence.

Hanlan, Gibson and Moly could all do with a goal if any of them come on..

Think this game proves how poor ajayi and alusanya are.

How’s Flint doing? Probably a lower level than he’s used to playing with all the changes from them

Playing right centre half, looked steady and composed. Not under loads of pressure but been tidy enough with the ball.

Routine win, all but just into the knock out rounds. Two good goals from Gotts, and a great header by McJannet for the third

Yeah,Hanlan and Olusanya could learn alot from McJannet's header

15 shots, 8 on target. What’s different to cause that much improvement?

If our two strikers don’t look good against a weak Grimsby side they never will. I’m Sorry Grant these are the worst strikers we’ve had under your management. We’ve got to hope Billy and the three wide forwards can score up to the transfer window.
At that point Olusanya and Ajayi can go back to their respective clubs.
Yet again Sbarra does nothing but run he should be nowhere near the first team squad.
So for Saturday the midfield should be Bailey Broadbent with either Close or Gotts in front of them.

Playing League 2 opposition?   Grimsby were awful.
