Signed for Barnet in League 2!
Could he have done a job for us? Surely better than Olusanya and Hanlan, certainly has more pedigree.

Good point, but………..he’s signed for Barnet!

The thing that gets me is - we had the blueprint with Street - he changed us into a quite formidable outfit (for league 2). Why oh why throw that blueprint down the toilet and go and sign not 1 but 2 players that can’t come anywhere near to what he provided?

Totally baffling.

I think in some ways Grant has. Olusanya and Hanlan on paper should have the power and pace to run in behind. What they don't have is the ability to hold the ball up, which you also need playing one striker. Both look like wingers playing out of position to me.

No no no we need someone better than Sharp never mind Hanlan and Olusanya!

And we’ve still not replaced what Adelakun offered from wider positions.

Yes you are right. Grant has always stated he will bring in players who will improve the squad. Therefore we should have recruited better, seems like that is the main problem particularly with Hanlan, Olusanya seems to have only happened because Hanlan was not performing.

Grant has always had a puzzling loan signing in him, even in his first spell. Remember that defender from Swansea we had who never played? Suspect Olusanya will be back Stateside come January.

They can’t come anywhere near Ironside.

Hanlan looks totally unfit and offers at present nothing that would trouble any defence. Least said about Olusanya .
