Just watching the one on Molyneux, it's even worse than I thought at the time. Out of control challenge that ends up trapping Molyneux's ankle between the defender's thighs as he slides across him. After the defender didn't get within a yard of the ball. In fact, he never could have got to the ball. Either Molyneux snatches at the shit and gets it away well before the defender arrives (which is what happened). Or, if Molyneux takes another touch instead of shooting, the defender, who has already launched himself off the ground, is heading for where the ball WAS, not where it's going, and he wipes out Molyneux.

When you consider how soft the two were that were given against us last week, it's a travesty that we didn't get this one yesterday.

Not as reckless as the infamous Dunk-Sharp foul, but still a potential ankle-damager. Stuck on penalty and yellow card at the least.

Neither for me 1st defender is making a challenge to block and yes looks bit clumsy he ends up where  mols finishes so is always going to be sum contact
2nd hits his elbow but isn’t in a unnatural positio,if any of those were given against us most would be going crazy,know they were at the other end but knowing appealed from away end like when there is a shout for handball

If you make an attempt to make a challenge, get nowhere near the ball and instead crash into the player, that's the dictionary definition of a foul, whatever your intentions were

If you do that with both feet off the ground, there's a strong case for something above a yellow card.
