That is a strong team with a less strong subs bench apart from Gibson.
Where’s Hanlan he not been part of squads recently is he injured, Grant said no one in medical room, have they had words ???

39 year old up front on his own with no one on the bench that can come on and replace him, and we’ve got no injuries. How’s it come to that.

I think the theory is for Olusanya to come on if Sharp goes off.
Not great bearing in mind hthe new lads form so far.

There is Olusanya ( I know, I know!) or how likely is it that somebody like Gotts comes on and bailey goes up there IF Billy is feeling it late on. I think that's a big IF.

The answer to that is the recruitment team and Grant made poor decisions when it came to Hanlan and Olusanya. None of those two can replace Billy unfortunately so we are stuck in this situation.

So that’s the strongest team we have minus Sterry

that’s about the long and the short of it. In no way shape or form am I calling for GM’s head but equally he shouldn’t be immune from criticism. And with this situation, he hasn’t really covered himself in glory. Roll on January to put it right.

We may as well set up with a false 9 if Sharp gets gassed.

These strikers off the bench (imposters) offer absolutely zero

18| So, so close to an opener for Rovers as Sean Grehan sends in a superb cross which Owen Bailey meets on the volley and sends his effort narrowly wide. Great attack

I spend ages every time I try to sign in to Rovers + is a really badly designed process on a third rate website. I eventually got it to accept my signing in details and then I got nothing on "listen live". They completely ignore the criticisms and it is totally unprofessional .... and its just come through  - nearly half an hour late!!!!

32 | So close to the opener for Rovers at the end of a brilliant counterattack. Luke Molyneux's delivery is flick on by Owen Bailey and drops to Glenn Middleton who side-foots wide of the far post

This first half reminds me so much of the Huddersfield game a few weeks back.
We are creating lots of chance but not putting them away.
I just hope we don’t suffer the same result as the earlier match.
