Post on FB saying onw keeper is now unavailable,  and we are seeking to bring in an emergency keeper, has TLT gone back to Hull?

Oram recalled from Matlock to provide cover for an injured keeper

Wasn’t that done yesterday morning? Lawlor was on the bench and TLT played. Unlikely to be injured.

Report I saw earlier today was posted about 7 hours ago (could have obviously been decided yesterday)

I had a pop at a group behind us for singing "how shit must you be, we lose every week".

Their answer to me having a go at them was for two of them to "offer me out".
f**kin brain dead a lot of our fans.

Songs like that are horrible. They’re not clever or funny are they. It’s not as if we are even playing terribly, cut adrift fighting a lost cause (still not acceptable then btw), with no hope whatsoever.

People must think it’s funny, it’s not.

Some people on here think I’m negative, you’ll never see me singing shite like that or booing players.

No its shit mate,  would be much better if they'd ramp up the noise in a positive way.
Singing that kind of b*llocks helps no one.

I say this all the time, all of it. There's a section of our fanbase who can't wait for things to go south and almost delight in sticking the knife in.

If they were as loud supporting the team as they are saying how shite we are, we'd have the best support in the league.

Who needs opposition fans when your own treat you the way ours do?

We really do seem to have more than our fair share of bellends - who are obviously not at a game for their love of Rovers. I’ve had a few arguments with these numpties unfortunately

In a few cases football is the side show. Bear gear and fighting seems to be the main focus for a small section, they are typically the loudest though.

It has a late 80’s early 90’s feel. My mates at the time got involved (80s-90’s) but it wasn’t for me, I’m a lover of a good time, not a fighter, but it does attract a certain personality type.

Unfortunately once their inhibitions are lowered through the heady cocktail of beer and gear, they lose all control of their mouths and in some cases actions.

I wondered what "bear gear" was until I read on lol.
Pissed up youths, dressed as bears at a footy match......

They just like to cause a hulla-Baloo. After all that beer their heads will feel a bit Fozzie in the morning.

Just like to point out,TLT played an important part in todays gritty well earned point at a top 6 club away after dislocating a digit, and then carrying on like nothing happened, never experienced it myself, but seems its painful, and well done physio to deal with it so quickly.

Very good Reg  I hadn’t noticed the auto correct  from beer to bear    but yes to clarify coke and E’s are all the rage at football these days apparently with a certain sect.

To be fair,  its not that bad. My thumb dislocates fairy regularly at work, it hurts a bit and then just aches for a few days after.

Apparently, Neil Sullivan used to dislocate a finger regularly during games, but he used to put it back himself.

I can imagine Sulli just did it on purpose to unsettle the strikers and let them know he was harder than them!  :police:
