So we should never have signed Jay as he only played in Ireland, or Alfie May (maybe Birmingham, Huddersfield etc got it wrong too), maybe Leicester should never have signed Vardy? I have no doubt there are many other examples, where a player plays does not mean they have no value, it is what they are good at, and whether they could transfer their skills to our level, it is a suggestion worth looking at.
