It's the same for anybody who loses a lot of weight after they're too old for their skin to still be elastic enough to tighten up again afterwards. The only way to get rid of the extra flaps of skin is surgery.

I suppose he has seriously upset a lot of opposition fans in his time; he’ll absorb it, but future abuse will no longer have his obesity to mock. Perhaps what drove him to adopt a new fitness regime, the rejection of what heightened the animosity towards him, will lead to him to express his passion less offensively in future.
