Kudos to the club and shop

In all the disappointment of our recent form, it’s easy to forget the good our club does, especially for young fans and families.

I took my daughter to her first game on Saturday. She’s only 3. Talked non stop about meeting Donny Dog but had a meltdown in the middle of the club shop when she saw him.

The staff in the club shop talked on her level, brought her round and gave her chocolate. They were closely followed by the new Family SLO who was brilliant with her also, and gave her signed photographs of the players.

When asked if she would go again, she really wants to. That’s how you inspire the next generation.

The club shop and ticket office staff are always great. Even back to when they were in the cabins at BV they consistently do all they can to help.

Totally agree, they certainly don’t deserve some of the stick they get on here at times.
Yes things have gone wrong, but think it more about the system they are having to work with that the real issue.
