He started well enough but gradually descended into the poor quality ref that we expect every week.
Should have issued a few yellows early on but waited until the last half hour before clamping down on things.
Missed a hell of a lot of very obvious fouls too.

Another bizarre performance.   He alternated from giving nothing to blowing for everything (most of which he got wrong).  The east stand lino's eyes must be painted on and the west stand lino couldn't make a decision to save his life.  Apart from that all three officials were excellent

Yes the West Stand Lino had that comedic incident where he had absolutely no idea whose throw it was

He waited for Ref , who waited for him and on it went. Made himself look stupid. It's a throw in ffs , give the decision to the defending team and or the home Team and get on with it

A big cheer when he got around to making a decision, not sure if the cheer was for guessing correctly or for agreeing with both sets of players who, without communicating actuall knew which way the throw was

I might be wrong but I've noticed the assistant will hold the flag in the hand he reckons it should go to and then waits for the referee to confirm before raising it. To me it was as if he was telling the ref to give it one way and he tried disagreeing.

Of course, I could be talking b*llocks and the flag thing is a total coincidence.
