We were in the 2nd division so this was our first FA Cup match of the season

Nice one, Drayt. That was my first ever Rovers match, and yes, I was just a kid.

In the 4th round, we drew 1-1 at Bristol Rovers, and won the replay 1-0 with a Bert Tindill goal.

In the 5th round, we lost 0-2 at home to Spurs in front of 30,000 plus. My uncle took me and put me against the wall at the popular side.
