Difficult if not next to impossible to get on here again this weekend, a real shame but I am not giving up on it yet.

Doesn't the ability to post on here require membership anyway?  Those of us already subscribing are the ones most adversely affected by the problem of the cookie monster.

You don't need to be a VSC member to post on here. It's open to anyone to sign up and doesn't currently cost anything.

That's a point worth reminding everyone. However frustrating this or any other technical glitch is, it's a free service provided by the VSC. Overall it's worked really well over many years and has a wide cross-section of fans on it. There isn't anywhere else with the same coverage as far as I know.

No-one's posted for the last 45 minutes. It looks as though most people are cookied off again.

Let's be honest, this problem just cannot be fixed by anyone. If it could, it would have been done by now.

Surely there must be some real savvy techies out there , who would be capable of creating a new Rovers forum. If it costs money, I for one would be more than willing to chip in with subscriptions, and I'm sure others would.

VSC membership is open.

At less than 25p/week it's a bargain, and as some say no representation without taxation, aye?

It has never been "members" only but you are required to register to be able to post. Maybe that is where the confusion is?

Whether you are employed, unemployed, retired, have kids, or not, if you are healthy or not, everything that affects your life is political, if you are not invested in politics then you just have to accept everything that happens to you without complaint, but for goodness sake don't get in the way of those who wish to make a difference to our lives.

No Cookie Monster this morning but the whole thing has slowed down to a virtual stop! Takes an age to load the forum and everything is so slow to open it’s almost impossible to use.

Is it just me, or is anyone else having the same issues?
