New plan finally published, which gives help to those wanting to reduce their energy bills;
https://www.nesta.org.uk/blog/how-will-the-warm-homes-plan-change-home-heating/
Still no strategy to reduce the "spark gap", the difference in unit costs between gas and electric.
Very important this is addressed.

It is indeed Albie, we could theoretically anyway fit all our houses at work with heat pumps and claim we are carbon neutral , but we reckon it would push most tenants into fuel poverty purely based on unit cost ( assuming a low c EPC home and the tenant able to make the change in usage required)
