Good performance all in all. New CB to improve then I can see us being mid table.

Cone on rovers.

I'm sorry but this is delusional. We are by far and away the easiest team in the league to score against. We faced the worst team to visit the keepmoat this season, in Wigan, and we've let them walk in 3 goals.

We're sleep walking into a relegation that will set the club back 10 years.

Which one of the three goals conceded was good in your opinion?

We’ve 2 centre backs in McGarth and Grehan who are playing 2 levels above where they should be.

Other than that we played well and have the ability to stay in the division. McCann will need to go if we don’t stay up imo.

We didn’t win today because of one individual, has anyone seen a better Goalkeeping performance at the Keepmoat than today? He was astonishing.
Thought going forward we were excellent. Gotts brilliant, Francis was causing a heap load of problems.
On the whole that performance would win most games.
5 points from last 3 games is an improvement and a crucial game v another team that battered us earlier in the season at home Tuesday night. Win that and it’s 8 from 4
Gutted we didn’t get it over the line but we move on with plenty of positives.
Move on…

Did you see our third goal? One of the most amateur pieces of football I’ve ever seen.

He made some very good saves but think he could have done better with at least one of our goals.

Clarke need to come off his line to get crosses , we were out jumped in the back and he would have helped . Responsibility goes Clarke for the third in imo !!

Gotts was very, very good. The front three of Francis, Adelakun and Molyneux was unstoppable in first half. These are all good signs.

Have a look at Bournemouth’s first goal v Liverpool tonight, you might change your mind…many goals are calamitous and mistake riddled and sometimes just due to constant pressure.

It’s hard when we have all 11 in the box everyone just gets crowded out and can’t jump. I’m all for leaving a couple forward to let the keeper have a run at it rather than what seems to happen

Not a piss take at all. I think its all about perspective.

We played our best of the season for 60 mins and showed we are well capable of winning games and moving up the league same as exeter and peterborough recently.

Im not saying its not disappointing the final result, but we can see its there.

Most importantly we have a cb on their way.

Stay positive, stay behind them, they will keep improving.

The easiest thing is to go off your nut and say we are rubbish, it is what most will say on here.

Roll on next game more improvement, new cb in and climb further up the league.

Agreed on this it needs to change, we need to keep some players further up the pitch.

I broadly agree with this. If you look at all our games in 2026 we drew and were the better side against Bolton, pushed Southampton all the way in the FA Cup, beat Fleetwood 3-1, easily the better side against AFC Wimbledon and then were 3-0 today. A half of disappointment today in that otherwise very good set of performances. The trend in performances and finally in results, is improving.

I’ve seen enough improvement recently to be confident that we can stay up.
Disappointed not to win today of course but that first hour today was incredible and gives me confidence.

I worry about how easy we are to score against.

Wigan aren't a good team, and they've scored 6 in 2 games against us.

I agree we have the ability that staying up is achievable. We don’t often look outclassed. But there’s a softness or inability to manage games that means we can’t be trusted to win a game in any comfort.

At Wimbledon how much of the win do we put down to us scoring so late. If we score that on 60min it’s likely a different story it’s a softness which is why we have won 2 in 19.

At the moment McCann is under performing with the players he has. Not time to go but he needs to get us going in the right direction soon.

There is no way we should have allowed Wigan back into that game. You cannot say we’ve played well after throwing 3 points away when being 3-0 up after 60 mins.
