Have we ever had a draft excluder
« on March 10, 2026, 07:37:08 pm by Colemans Left Hook »
we will definitely need one when we play Port Vale -- they have a loanee from Luton - who Luton paid £500, 000 for - he scored a brilliant top corner goal against Burton the other week . I thought we could do with him next season til I saw the £500k  bit
It was amazing

Have we ever used one ?

Lincoln had one against Cardiff on Saturday

You mean like Donald Trump? Pretty sure all our lads were available in WW2.

Probably you're referring to Vietnam seeing as The Donald wasn't born until WW2 was over.
Oh and the term for then was Draft Dodger, USA had lots of sons of very rich inventing was to avoid being sent to Vietnam.

Bill Clinton was I  think the first President elected that had dodged going to Vietnam, happened to be a DemocRAT, he replaced Bush Snr who flew planes in WW2, just happened to be a Republican

I think that was the point you were making?
