Can’t help but watch Bailey’s goal again and again.

We’ve seen it before from him. It doesn’t matter what chaos is going on around him, his total focus is on getting his head to that ball and nothing else matters.

I’ve seen big tall strikers like Brendan O’Callaghan tower over everyone, big bulldozers like Alan Warboys outmuscle others on his way to a cross but Bailey combines bravery, timing and determination in those situations. Im glad he’s ours.

I've never seen a player for us who "gets" where the ball is going as soon as it leaves the crosser's foot. He sees the flight immediately and he's making his runs quicker and more accurately than any player around him. It's a priceless skill.

Exactly, his timing his outstanding and his height gain whilst heading is superb.

I bet he’s a good cricketer.

I was thinking exactly that yesterday. It's a similar ability that top class batsmen have to process the trajectory of the ball the moment it leaves the bowler's hand.

Talk about leading by example, top scorer, never misses a second of match time, can play just about every role on the pitch, and is just "one of the lads"  in the dressing room, our very own captain marvel!!
