Bolton Tickets

Does anyone know if Bolton is pay on the day? I'm not going to know until about 4pm on the day whether I can go or not. I've heard it's paper tickets and not an e-ticket (unsure if this makes a difference or not).

Just looked on rovers website this is what it said

There will be no tickets sold on the day at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
 If you can’t go the game is live on Sky +
