Midfield is terrible tonight, nowhere near and a yard off the pace. Hard to be to critical when the result means  nowt. Refs been very pro Lincoln, we should have had 2 penalties, the one against Grehan was ridiculously bad. Constantly fouling and falling over, an awful team to watch, but fair play top of the league.
9 times out of 10 Timmy saves that goal too.

I'll say something for Lincoln, they are well versed in the dark arts. Their biggest asset so far, however, are the officials.

Their biggest asset is not taking risks at the back. Every time we play it short to Grehan or Pearson they shit themselves and look like giving something away. We can learn from a team topping the division here imo

If we want to play it out from the back then we need to have CB's that look comfortable on the ball.

Currently ours look terrified with it at their feet.

It is irritating to keep seeing shots of the Lincoln fans. We get no close up shots of action in the Lincoln penalty area because the camera that end is inside the stand. We pay to watch the match, not the Lincoln fans.

Our season is done, we have no recognised out and out striker on the pitch, our most creative forward player is out - and we are playing the champions elect, regardless of their tactics..

Not sure what folks expected tonight..

I wouldn't be too critical of Lincoln's style. Too many teams in this league trying to play pretty football getting caught out all the time. Nothing wrong with a bit of booting up the pitch in the third division. It's won them the league.

I'd be telling our lads to leave one in on House in rotation. Give him a few rakes. The kunt.

Dirty side, poor ref,  would be wonderful to see one shot on goal and now we giveaway another.

Be interesting to see how they get on in the Championship- wouldn’t be surprising if a lot of teams found them hard to cope with, and same may be true of Bromley in L1.

To be fair to Lincoln there light years ahead of us on tonight’s performance, always looking forward playing to their strengths, everytime we go forward it’s that slow the whole 11 are behind the ball
