Me three.

I've racked up 6,000 miles in the last 2 months and I am pretty sure half of that was spent moaning about middle lane w**kers, people in the right hand lane doing 50 and generally just people who don't seem to be able to drive!

I wish I could go back to a train or walking commute!

Another driving one - where drivers insist on sitting in the nearside lane when going past a busy junction meaning that those on the slip road/filter lane have to really slow down before they pull on - the one where the A1(M)/M1 meet and then fork off to the A64 is a nightmare for this and just no need when people can pull over...

Oh and those who don't know how to use a bloody slip road and sit at the top like a goon until the traffic clears....

This winds me up as well. Pulling onto the A1 from the Pontefract slip road. Had plenty of near misses there over the years.

Wheatley Hall Road, when people stay in the outside lane because they`re turning right 2 miles down the road and they go the exact same speed as the car on the inside lane!

Waiting to pull out of the road end, only to discover the car you`re waiting on is turning left into the road you`re waiting to come out, all because the arsehole that`s driving can`t be arsed to use their indicators!

Tossers that park their car across driveways without any consideration as to how the owner of the driveway is going to get out!

i do the drive to york daily that junction is a nightmare. also at ferrybridge where it goes to two lanes can people not read sign stating its going down to two lanes ? clearly not i have a near miss about once a week with people trying to squeeze in at the last second. the best thing is they get no further by doing it as its always busy

This annoys me but not as much as the guy in a lorry who moved across similar to that straight into the side of my car and
continued on driving leaving me still with lots of scratches on my front left from the undertray of the trailer. Idiot foreign driver had no numberplate on his trailer either but what can you do? I'd only had the car 4 weeks aswell - annoying. How hard are mirrors to use?

So, I see you've all taken the "drive" in the thread title as quite literal

What drives me mad is when I keep a door open for someone, the Frenchgate in town being a perfect example, only for people to not say thanks or anything and they just walk through, the ignoramouses  :crying: I don't know why I bother sometimes.

I was hit by a woman overtaking me while on her mobile. Sent me into a ditch, but I got her number plate.
Went to the Police, who went to see her and she denied even being out in ehr car, and the Police woudn't take it further as they were happy with her explanation.

Result - wrote off car and insurance claim against my own policy.

So if you're ever in an accident, drive off and deny it.

I share your pain. The only reason I keep doing it is for the frottage opportunity.

Frosty. It's about this time of year that I make my regular request for your holiday details. I want to make sure that my family don't end up in the same plane as you and perish in the inevitable fireball apocalypse.

That's the reason why I do it sometimes, apart from when a munter is behind me, I look away and let go of the door

This was a few year ago :)

And i've just got back from abroad, with an uneventful flight. Apart from the shock of having to pay £4.50 for a miniture bottle of beer!

Things that wind me up:

Of/have
Won/beat
Lend/borrow
There/their/they're
Misplaced apostrophes
Learn/teach
Drown/drowned

All primary school stuff that people get wrong with spirit-crushing regularity.

Things that wind me up:

Of/have (Tick)
Won/beat (Tick)
Lend/borrow (Tick)
There/their/they're (Tick)
Misplaced apostrophes
Learn/teach (Tick)
Drown/drowned

All primary school stuff that people get wrong with spirit-crushing regularity.

Tick - all of the above plus:

Sort of .... in every sentence even on BBC

Example : We went out last night and sort of went drinking - We were on the way to Brid and the car sort of broke down

N Stuff .... sometimes in the same sentence as "sort of"

Example : I was sick so my mate sort of brought me a Get Well Card n stuff

My room was a tip so I hoovered it up and stuff

People who title Threads on the Forum with no clue to what it contains - sometimes just one or two words - leaving a reader no choice but to sort of look at it and stuff

There's only 1 for me. Searching a busy car park for a space and some Kitsons parked over 2 spaces. Sometimes this is obviously done on purpose because they have a nice car. Sometimes it's done by accident because they're a shit driver.

Either way there should be a law where you can slash any tyre not in the lines, so annoying!!

OAPs who have all week to do their shopping but insist on doing it on Saturday morning- when those of us who are working all week actually have time to shop!

Yes that one REALLY riles me and the perps do it even when a Car Park is almost empty !

Also the inconsiderate b******* who go into the spaces reserved for those less able to walk and then spring out and run into the shop.

People who answer a question with the opening line, "Yeah, no..."

The two answers are mutually incompatible you half educated f**kwits. Make up your mind.

People who, upon you answering the phone to them, say "it's me", as if anyone else would normally be ringing under their name and number, or as if that actually identified them any further...
