Bit harsh for match fixing?

This ref faces the death penalty for match fixing if found guilty.  Now I know match fixing is serious but worth the dealth penalty? come on.  

If it was introuduced over here we would hardly have any left in the game, especially after the criminal performances of most refs down at the KM.
