Bloody Trains

What a nightmare today on that line between Sheff and Donny.  Not only did pikies steal the copper all the way between Swinton and Conisborough, but someone died on the line at Meadowhall.  All this meant I spent half the day on trains today moving mostly at 5MPH and stuck at red lights.  Very annoying.

What was funny was a few Rovers fans just chanting the Billy Sharp song at these Sheff Utd chavs half the way home on the train, had to giggle.

You think YOU've had transport problems today cocker.

Been abroad for a business meeting since Thursday. Originally booked flights with British Airways - return flight cancelled due to strike.

So I cancelled flights and booked with another airline, which meant I had to drag misen out of my hotel room at 4:30am today.

Flew back to Heathrow and sat on the Tarmac for 45 mins while they found us a stand after landing.

Stand was at the far extremity of Terminal 1. I counted the fcuking steps I had to take from there to the final Customs gate - 1873 paces, with 4 of the 7 travellators not working (Official Motto of London 2012: Welcome to Britain - We don't give a fcuk\")

Then the Picadilly Line was closed for maintenance So I had to fork out 20 sheets to stand on the Heathrow Express.

Got to St Pancras to find train back home to Sheffield had been cancelled due to some bas**rd joining in the anti-fcuking-me vendetta and sticking his head on the line at Luton.

So I gets the East Coast line up to Donny and the missus offers to come and pick me up in the car. Stood outside the station at 7 tonight in the drizzle when she, 20 minutes late, phones and says \"How do you get yo Donny station? I'm in Thrybergh\"

So don't come moaning to me about some Meccy cable burners. You've had it easy cocker.
