as it stands today before scunny v donkey lashers and albion v leicester

swansea +2....pts62
leicester +8..pts61
bpool +12.....pts57
rovers+4......pts55
boro+9........pts54
blades-2......pts54
reading-2.....pts52....only played 38....

well sheff utd look well out of it on -2
reading... have them two games so still in the mix
swansea...they dont look like to holding best hand on +2 and recent form
rovers....+4 at least it's something workable
boro.....their goal diff is good
leicester.as is wellens team
bpool....have best goal diff

a good goal diff will paly as a extra point should number of teams end up in last play off spot on same points.

would not like to be the or teams team that mised out due to goal difference, happy as pig in muck if it ws your team that went into play offs via goal diff.

so with plymouth at home this sat you can see rovers need to hit that onion bag
as much as possible when taking all into account.

iam going for rovers 4 plymouth 0

Sheff Utd GD is +2, not -2.

Plus, we are six points behind Leicester. To catch them, means we have to win two, and they lose two. Obviously, in doing that, our GD would improve by at least 2 (ie to at least +6), and theirs would deteriate by at least two (ie to at best +6). Therefore, we don't need to hammer teams to make the play-offs, simple wins would suffice, as long as they drop points.
