Les - similarly - if you reply to my email we can sort out your certificate / membercard - you did nt confirm your address to me ....

Gary F - your card in the post last week - hope you got it ???...

Please email your details so I can check - what date you joined- approx....and your name /address stuff so I can sort it. Usually all goes well but last month we had a few probs - and over Xmas period too - but please contact me asap and I will sort /send tomorrow.
