Number of Subs v Plymouth
« on April 04, 2010, 10:57:40 am by Muttley »
Only 5 named from a permitted 7 - have we got no more registered players that we could have named? Surely it would be worth putting even a young lad from the youth team on the bench to give him experience of the first team operation on match day.

Or is this an indication that SOD sees no potential within any of the players  at the club outside of the immediate first team?

The two young lads fisher and Clarke are both on loan I believe. Maybe we didn't have time to register any other youth team players to put them on the bench.

The shop widow has a flange like a wizard's sleeve so it might not be what Heffs is looking for...

SOD has said he would loathe to bring Heffs back. Not a chance.

Why is it we get \"In SOD we trust\" and yet you wont accept the fact that SOD does not rate Heffernan and will not be giving him a new contract at the end of the season?
Do you really there that there was ever a chance of SOD recalling him?
Isn't it time to move on and back Sean's judgement?

It's not about wether SOD rates him or not, it's the fact that we didn't have a recognised striker on the bench yesterday and had to put a centre half on up front.Heffs is still contracted to us for now and while we are short in the striker department he should be recalled

Like I said, SOD has gone on record and said he would loathe to bring Heffs back. It wont happen, even if Hayter gets injured and we don't have ANY strikers.
He doesn't rate him/like him or whatever. I think he is more than capable at this level, and has proved it. But i'm not the manager.
