Just wondering if anyone has used them in the past?

I've just bought our lass a car from the car people over in Wakey, and the warranty seemed a little expensive, considering I have just had a quote from Warranty Direct who claim to cover practically everything, service item failures, and wear and tear items for not a great deal more that what the car people wanted for their warranty. To be honest, is seems too good to be true! Can anyone recommend them and vouch for their service levels?
