Who would yours be for each division so far trying to keep in mind the recources they have available, and why? Mine are:
Premier League - Roy Hodgson (Fulham), fantastic job on a shoestring budget and taken them to within 1 tie of a european final playing football the right way. Te beat Juventus 4-1, Liverpool 3-1, Man Utd 3-0 this season are all fantastic results.
CCC - Ian Holloway (Blackpool), if we had beaten them last weekend and had still been in with a shout of the play offs i would have said SoD, but Holloway still has his team in a prime position on gates lower then ours.
League 1 - Paul Lambert (Norwich), i know they have a large budget compared to others but when he took over they were a team going nowhere, he's brought in players and transformed them into the best side in that division by a country mile. If we lost SoD he would be my ideal replacement but i doubt we could get him.
League 2 - Eddie Howe (Bournemouth), Became the youngest manager in English league football when he was given the job as manager at 31 last year, and to have his side in an automatic promotion place considering they can't buy players due to a transfer embargo says a lot for this man as a manager. Learnt everything he knows as a manager from SoD and has the cherries playing the SoD way.

Prem - Mick McCarthy (Wolves) ... Hodgson at Fulham has done a great job, but Wolves were written off by many at the start of the season. McCarthy has kept faith with many of the squad that got them there (including many young players with no PL experience), and it looks as though they will comfortably stay in the division. He has instilled a hard working, battling style in his team, which is admirable.
Harry Redknapp also deserves credit for clearing up the mess at Spurs, and Pulis has continued to do a great job at Stoke.
CCC - Ian Holloway (Blackpool) ... Got to agree with you here. Many people expected Blackpool to struggle this season, but he has made some shrewd signings, and built a good CCC team. I wouldn't be surprised if they made the play-offs.
League 1 - Danny Wilson (Swindon) ... Again, I'm going to be different. Nobody expected Swindon to be in the position they are. Yes, he's had a bit more money to spend than previous Swindon managers, but he has brought in some solid players (Greer, Jonathan Douglas) and obviously brought in Charlie Austin from non-League, who has been a revelation. They have gone about their business quietly and have snuck up that league to become this years surprise package.
League 2 - Eddie Howe (AFCB) for all the same reasons you have said.
Keith Hill deserves credit too as he has transformed Rochdale in every aspect of the club into an outfit that are capable of competing at a higher level.

Premier League - Alex McLeish (Birmingham), he has done a great job to get a newly promoted club where they are. He has had a bit of money to spend but he's spent well and has exceeded expectations by miles. Roy Hodgson has done very well again as well.
Championship - Ian Holloway (Blackpool), he has built a quality team a pretty low budget and are doing great although they have spent more money than us (£500k for Adam, £350k for Eardley, Bouazza will be on high wages). Paolo Sousa has also done a good job at Swansea considering that their best players were sold last summer. I think him and O'Driscoll run Holloway very close to be honest.
League One - Danny Wilson (Swindon), he has done great to get Swindon up to where they are, with a chance of auto promotion in a tough League One this year. Consider where Swindon were last season as well.
League Two - Eddie Howe (Bournemouth), same as before.

Premiership : Alex McLeish, done amazing job with newly promoted Birmingham, with out spending much of the new owners money.
No way Laws, he's costing me £5!!!!
Championship: Ian Holloway, what he has done with Blackpool is brilliant.
League 1: Danny Wilson, who would have put money on Swindon in top 2 this time of the season?
League 2: Eddie Howe, done great to say Bournemouth can barely field a team.
