Technical help required!

Not strictly 'Viking Chat' but definitely not 'Off Topic.' I've got the DVD my team at Doncaster Little Theatre made of the 'An evening with John Ryan - Dare to Dream' event earlier this month and would like to post the highlights of this on here or via youtube for you all to share - it's pretty good to be fair! I've got a youtube account, Apple MacBook and the DVD but have no idea how to rip-out and upload the part of the DVD I want! Can any of you help?

Ripping now, thanks! About 13 mins left! Then all I've got to do is isolate my highlights section somehow, upload it and post it here or on you tube! Blimey - oh for a computer whizzkid in the house!
