I've had a dream

Clear As day this one, and in vivid colour too, unless that was just a pigment of my imagination. Nigel Adkins was prancing around the technical area like some kind of Messiah; in fact the only difference between God and him is that God doesn’t think that he’s Nigel Adkins. The ref shook hands with the Captains and there seemed some confusion as to who was going to spin the coin. Eventually the ref showed his authority and indicated that he was going to be the tosser.
Scummy, arrogant as ever, won the toss and elected to swap ends. The game started scrappy with neither side gaining any advantage. Eleven minutes past and a poor back pass from Martis let HOOPER in for an easy goal. Rovers hit back immediately and HEFFERNAN blasted low from outside the area to give Murphy no chance (12 mins).

Rovers started the second half and showed their class with a fantastic display of pass and move football. Scummy were chasing shadows but miraculously held on until BRIAN STOCK celebrated his return with a blistering 30 yarder ( 59 mins). Rovers dropped down a gear after this and apart from the odd chance neither side looked like scoring.
The game dragged on with both sides seemingly becoming less and less interested when in the 94th minute, the ref inexplicably gave Scummy a penalty!
As players from both sides stared in disbelief, HOOPER blasted it past Sully.
