Just looked on their site, they've not even been given the full allocation. Only 2020 tickets.

They've only sold 759 according to KMS, expected better tbh being a local derby & end of season.

What you reckon crowd will be? 12,000?

10k I reckon.  Our home crowds have been poor recently and I don't see that changing.

 ...especially for an end of Season game that now has NOTHING riding on it apart from a last chance for some players to secure contracts - either way - and a chance to say a final goodbye for some .... ahem take the hint some of you !

Is my maths really bad or something? Scunny are on 51 points with two games to go, Wendies are on 46. So by my reckoning Scunny could still go down if they lost both and Wendy won both. Please enlighten me and make me look stupid.

Wednesday still have to play Palace, so one of them cannot get three points from that game, meaning that one of them cannot catch Scunny.

Wednesday play Palace last game of season which means both teams can't overtake Scunny

We are where we are at the end of the day.

You cant say the fans' / VSC aint putting the effort in to drum up some extra numbers on saturday. But, at the end of the day, you can lead a horse to water....

If weeds pick up 6 then palace can only pick up 3. They will only have 50max and scunny have 51.

Reason Scunny have only got 2k tickets is because if they wanted the full allocation, the Rovers were making them pay for it upfront and not allowing returns due to the increased policing/stewarding costs that less segregation would bring.

I reckon now they are safe they could sell out the 2k - will be nice for them to watch a game with no pressure etc

If we can sell another 1000\"ish\" tickets it will take our home average over 11000 just 900 down on last season which can largely be attributed to a drop in away fans. Given the recession I think thats pretty good really. :)
Glad Scunny are safe though. With Plymouth and Posh down and if Blackpool went up it would have left us with the leagues lowest crowds next season. :(
