Has decided he will not sign a new contract with kilmarnock. Would he be the big striker someone like Sharp ( just an example), likes to play off and he has scored goals. Also wages cant be a massive factor because Killie have a similar wage system to us.

I was hoping we'd sign him up before he went to scotland. He just seemed exactly the type of player we were crying out for. I still think he could do a job but we've done quite fine without a target man for 2 seasons now and i think it would be a backward step to sign a player of his type.

Lazy, awkward lump of a player with an appalling disciplinary record. The fact that he's scored goals in Scotland should not be given too much weight given the standard of football up there. His record at Coventry was poor and they were glad to see the back of him.
