For me: any player good enough to improve the squad that the boss wants and we can fit into the wage structure ... ie if 31 year old John Oster's agent wants him to get a 4 year deal and 10k per week I don't think he'll fit in, but if he'll accept what we can pay him I'd take him in the blink of an eye.
