Billy Sharp Rumour

According to Daily Mail, Derby are after Billy who is valued at 2 million. His phoned must be red hot.

Will there be any one left to sign? It looks like Ward or nothing.

If this rumour is true and Derby do decide to splash out £2million on Sharp, then I would be more than happy if we got Luke Varney from Derby on a free transfer as his contract expires in the summer.

Varney isn't as good as Sharp. I'll be well f**ked off if he joins Derby as . Why don't we just swap f**king teams with them while we're at it!

I can't wait for our push towards the top next season with players from Rochdale, Lincoln and Bournemouth. I thought we'd have a least a few weeks to wait before all our transfer targets/players sign for other teams, but evidently not.

There's always the other side to the argument that if the inevitabel is going to happen it's better now than later so SoD and the rest of the management team can make other plans.
 
The thing with the Mills transfer last season that cheesed me off the most was how he dragged it out for the whole summer leaving us next to no time to get a replacement, we got lucky with Shackell but it more often than not won't be that easy.

just been to portugal and luke was on his stag do got talking
to him and he said that he would love to play for the rovers and that they tryed to sign him on loan before king billy.when i saw him later he kept asking if we were signing billy
