After watching that, I think time for the gaffer to break the bank and keep what we have now ie Oster and co and add Billy regardless of cost. Billy wont bankrupt the club. If his wages became too much they could sell him. I just thik Rovers will count the cost if they dont!

Checked them....nothing new there.  The signature was removed long ago (if thats the problem)
