Or maybe he's just moving. You could be right but why assume worst case scenario! If you put your house up for sale it wouldn't automatically mean you must be moving to London.

How do you know his house is for sale.

My source has already told me hayter has admirers across europe and i also heard a few scottish clubs liked the look of him.

Have I missed remembered but did we not go through this earlier in the season or maybe last season with his wife moving back down south and his house being on the market. If it is true and the house is still on sale prehaps he is asking to much for it?

I tell you what.
dont belive what people say about wivess moving because most of it is rubbish,i cannot see hayter leavin drfc unless he goes somewhere out off england.

Before someone posts something about stock moving down south can i just say if he does its not because his wife wants to move down south as his wife is from preston.

i think some people just put 2+2 together and get 6 most of the time.

Take it all with a pinch of salt snod.    :S

To me, if this is true then it doesnt look good.

Its surely too much of a coincedence that he is selling his house when his contract has just expired.

Or he may have accepted a new deal with a bit of a pay rise and fancies a nicer house...doubt it though.

It would be unfair of me to divulge too much about Hayter's personal life. I will say, however, that the fact that his house is for sale has absolutely no bearing on his future at the club.

You will just have to go with me on that one.

Apparently Rovers wanted to buy it,unfortunatley although they had a bid accepted and could afford the deposit the stumbling block was the terms of the mortgage contract, they felt they could'nt risk paying such high mortgage repayments.I have heard the Derbyshire and leeds building societies have shown interest and are prepared to pay higher mortgage's.  :silly:

Hey guys, new to the forum. I'd just like to inform you that Hayter's house has been up for sale for a while now, maybe since before christmas, which was before he started playing a lot of the great football he has been playing this season. I know this because I live in Belton. So I wouldn't assume that he's moving house to move clubs. Also, before I moved here, i didn't know much about the Isle of Axholme, but Belton's a pretty nice traditional village, and a lot nicer than the majority of the towns/villages in the Doncaster area. It would be the perfect spot for a Rovers player to live. Anyway, I'm sure we'll find out what's happening in the next few weeks. I wouldn't worry to be honest though.  :)

Too near Scunthorpe for my liking, there`ll be some odd folk from there, I would be very wary of people from those parts, especially the 6 fingered ones

Having spent an unenviable amount of my childhood growing up in Epworth I categorically refute the concept of Belton being a \"pretty nice traditional village\". It's basically a council estate bordered by a petrol station, a few pubs and a brick factory.

Speaking as someone who is traditionally from Epworth, but lived for 3 years in Belton. Id say Belton is a village with no heart, a ramshackle arrangement of old farms, uber-modern soul-less properties, and a drug addled anti social housing Estate (Ashtree Close). In the last 2-3 years they closed the only Post Office there, doesnt the local Londis double up as a Post Office these days??

Cmon, we all know that Belton is a poor substitute for its superior Neighbour - Epworth  ;)

Maybe it's just a case of not being happy living on the estate and he simply wants to move...... Personally I wouldn't dwell on it.

If he wants to live in a traditional village then why not try Hooton Pagnall?
