Sorry Dickie - can you remind me? Where's the 'f' in Doncaster Rovers'?! I suspect there's few too many letters in Godfather Sugar Dogs too for DR to be the right answer.

Mind you, I haven't a clue what the right answer is either!

Spot on Dutch.

All my original post clues were inspired by a Two Ronnies sketch about football badges having to pictorially represent the team's name. They said Northampton were right up for it, Bristol City were in two minds and Arsenal had backed out altogether.

WSC took it one step further by showing a picture of the Barrow AFC badge ( a bee and and arrow) and musing on why Cockermouth had never had a professional club.
