I'd go with that - given their parlous state and the turnover of managers surely only someone who is desparate to prove himself is going to go for it. The Burnley episode showed that SO'D would consider going if the conditions were right - there's a lot abpout the Palace situation that doesn't smell right to me! So long as there's no silly money involved!       Anyway, is this a real shortlist or lazy journos picking the usual suspects (i.e. anyone who is either available or has been doing OK with their present club)
