I agree with you to some extent, like you say couldn`t hack it in L2


But on the other hand he has a point, Cappello has taken Ferdinand who has struggled with injury for a good part of the season and King who we all know has dodgy knees and was highly likely to not last the distance

There are plenty of other centre halves in the country, I would have been tempted to take Jagielka for starters (as long as he isn't injured too, I rarely take any notice of the spoilt brat division!)
