Dodgy decisions in major tournements

Not making any excuses but thats another time we've been on the end of a dodgy decision, the hand of god, campbells late goal in the euros and now this one!

The more I see the Campbell goal in WC 98 the more I see Shearer's elbow on the keeper.

Are we on with selective memory though? Spain were absolutely robbed against us in Euro 96 and we should have gone out.

Jorge Larrionda has previous,  he was suspended for six months in Uruguay for being rubbish, causing him to miss the 2002 world cup in Japan and South Korea.
