Ive noticed this is on the Free Press website as well.

Apparently was up an hour ago? How did we miss this!? the tension has been killing me. I personally also think the new shirt looks a little weird but like all the others it will grow on me I think. Just got to see what other news will come out of the press conference now.

Also, just a thought, why is the shirt number ommitted from the club statement? It says he will wear the number - shirt, yet clearly he is wearing 10 on the pic.

Good point,and the no 10 proves Smitiai was a fraud,no wonder he disappeared after the Car Reg claim.

Ok.. As I stated in my previous posts...

And drover reason was for the quietness was that I've been in meetings all day.. And billy's reg IS S17 WLS and yes he now has a merc which is new. He had a Audi q7. That iPhone app is either rubbish or does not know private plates..

Ok anyway..

History on the deal.

As we know burnley did offer money for bill which was slighty more than the rovers offered. He did speak with them, on the phone only and not at turf moor. The call was to listen to the offer (which wasn't as good as the rovers offer of years)

Early last week Leeds did enquire and him, but for other reasons (I can't discuss) as I relates to Leeds United, this went cold very quickly. No offer was ever tabled.

As for Us as we know we did table a offer which I can confirm was not rejected and was not accepted but the blunts was holding out for other offers. Only on Friday morning was the amount ncreased and offered to sufc to secure bill's services.

As for wages, I can confirm we was never embarrassed on the offering made.

JR has been in every other day contact with Billy, and Person terms had been agreed before he got injured playing for us... It has always been down to sufc and what Billy wanted going forward,

I'm chuffed with how the rovers did the business.
