I only saw the thread when I posted.We recovered data for someone about 2 weeks ago, at a cost of £20.
In MY defence, can I just say I offered my advice purely on the fact that I know they offer this service. I knew it would cost a few bob but I didn't know how much exactly.Sorry if you got ripped off Savvy, just trying to help.Mr Frost...I think your techincal history preceeds you PC World...bit of a name contradiction isn't it....
