He gets to games! Just more excuses it's not as lf these things aren't advertised and that you could organise something to get your point across. Instead you open up teen different posts bitching about the same things instead of actually confronting the only people who can answer you.

I presume you've memorialised that post in case he decides to delete it later? ;)

I don't expect Fergie to go before the end of the season but it would be good to make a fresh start in League 2 next season with a new manager and new chairman.
I don't necessarily blame the KM2.
Don't think TB is all that bothered about watching but he puts his money in and DW isn't a well man.
But I don't think the anonymous Blunt has contributed much financially and, from what I've heard, he hasn't formed good relationships with some of the top staff at the club.
Maybe it's time for Andrew Watson to step up to the plate and work with the CEO and new manager to improve fortunes on the pitch and off it - especially when it comes to PR.
People who work down there say it's not been the same in that department since Steve Uttley was edged out and apparently the local papers were banned from speaking to the manager and players at the start of the season, until Baldwin and Dickov sorted it out,  which is a crazy state of affairs.
The club can't afford to fall out with anyone the way things are going and need everyone on board - fans and media included - when we kick off again next season.

The best post I've seen you make, Dave. Can't argue with that.

As for Raggy's theory that Terry & Dick are conmen, hell bent on driving the club out of business, what motive could they possibly have for that?!

I can think of more rewarding ways to wax a few million quid than propping up a football club just enough for me to lose my investment AND see them go bust. I would probably spend it on Holly Willoughby given the chance...

We will probably get the usual sound bites about going for promotion next season.

If anyone knows a thing or two about sound bites it's you Frosty..

... after all, you have a record of consistently spouting the same shite repeatedly over several years...

Just so happens most of the shite I spout becomes reality.
I predicted this scenario a couple of years ago.

You are Russell Grant, and I'm claiming a tenner!

Not really. I post nothing on here that I would not say in person to whoever I'm referring to.

Ah. That old chestnut. Somehow my view is not valid because I don't have a DN post code anymore.

Nothing to do with your view. It's just very easy to say you would say something to someone face to face when you are so far away.

the forum is obviously not face to face. if you can't get your argument across, or you want to resort to face to face confrontation because of an argument on here, maybe don't join in the argument at all?

Sometimes I think it was better in the old days when we would talk about Rovers, good or bad, over a pint before/after games.

Far more civilised PDX.
I'll be doing that on Thursday with my Bradford City supporting mate.
He'll be happier than me mind.

I had many a happy few pre-match pints there from the mid-sixties onwards.
