Rochdale fans.........we’re not too popular! PART 2

Anybody witness these altercations after the match? The abuse towards our fans in this thread, https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/members/rochdale/forum/230844/fighting-on-the-sandy-lane-pavement/#41, just seems to get a whole lot worse!

Mind you, one or two have expressed a positive opinion following their trips to the KM

A group of 10 year olds shouted "you're Donny, f**k off you're not welcome here" to a bloke who went into the chip shop after the match, should we all have a massive bitch and whine about that?

To be fair, throwing smoke bombs at an away end is surely considered out of order..   and where the heck did the stone island/fake Burberry brigade come from..  ive never seen them at the KMS?  It's like a bad version of green street..  🤣🤣

As a side note tho, as we were walking back to the car in the exact opposite way the home fans were walking, my lads shirt properly covered up. Every 2nd chavvy Rochdale teen seemed intent on finding a rovers fan for a fight...

To be fair, throwing smoke bombs at an away end is surely considered out of order..   and where the heck did the stone island/fake Burberry brigade come from..  ive never seen them at the KMS?  It's like a bad version of green street..  🤣🤣

But they didn't throw them AT the away end, or even in the general direction. Kitsons regardless and throwing them onto the pitch is no better but the bombs barely made it beyond the touchline, they're making it sound as if they were shelling them right onto the terrace.

A weedy orange one did fizzle out on the pitch tho...

1 did get thrown at the home end but it hit the roof and landed next to the cameraman/woman, but apart from that they seemed pretty well behaved

Some of their comments do seem bitter, however I'd be just as pissed off if someone threw a flare into our section of fans. Needless and could have had very serious ramifications.

The club and police should nip this in the bud before we get a bad rep, and the true fan gets caught up in it.....Just my opinion,

Exactly this needs sorting now before someone get seriously hurt, maimed or even killed.

Why did the stewards and police let them congregate and stand near the home fans? Anyone could see that it was a mixed area of women, children and ordinary adults on the home terrace behind the goal.
The river island fakers were snorting openly from the sink porcelain 10 minutes after the kick off so they were fired up and ready for action.
I questioned some of them that were leaving with still 10 minutes of normal time to be played, they returned because the exit gates were blocked so that they couldn’t go round to the home end.
The police/stewards should have made them find a seat, there was plenty of them to find, they should never been allowed to stand at the front.

They were on a day out to find trouble, the Rochdale fans had put on their  forum that the Donny were expected to bring around 30 to meet up for confrontation, social media has ways of contact.
I saw the same faces at Oldham that were hell bent on trouble and they had a skirmish outside Boundary Park too.

Depends on how old they are though. Under 16 and they can't search you. Over 16, they'll probably just pass them to a younger mate and get em in that way.

a liberalist,  who must walk around blinkered to the erosion of our societal structure.... these Dicks are like feral packs, they erode and pi## on everything that’s good...
they have begun a journey not of discovery, but of destruction.....and because of there nature they will struggle to conform to the norms that we call “ civilised behaviour” unless they are forced to face the damage they cause....

Of course it’s major disorder. They are ruining it for all genuine football fans.

we are regular visitors to games at wembley, and I can confirm that my 9 yr old is just shephered through the pat down after the turnstiles..

To be fair, it is the 16 years old self called “hard lads” who are getting the comments from the Rochdale fans and that in turn makes all Rovers fans out to be horrible fans.
We know who these kids are and as a group they are potentially trouble.
By themselves they probably wouldn’t say boo to a goose.
As a club we shouldn’t want them or tolerate them.

The behaviour of this minority group is totally anti social, completely provocative to all those decent people who are trying to watch and support their team. They are also a shameful example to all youngsters who attend football matches with parents and grandparents.
It’s not acceptable and we don’t want them an where near our football club.
