Jones on the bench? When did he come back from his loan?

Mmmmm sniff of trouble

What does that mean.??

There’s no Lawlor either.. could just be a bug..

Why does there have to be anything sinister.?

Unfortunately for DM his squad is getting depleted by illness and injuries, it was never strong after McCann depleted it before he left. But now we are down to the bare bones.
Wright out his composure needs working on. I assume Taylor is injured or ill. Lawlor again could be injured or dropped after Wednesday.

Even dropped Lawlor is more than good enough for the bench..

When Anderson’s back and others remain fit the goal keeper, back four and the middle two pick themselves. Until January it will be Copps and three others dependent on who plays well and of course scores.

Listening to I-Follow sounds like a lively start, been some chances

Watching on tv and decent start. Our passing just isn’t sharp enough or crisp enough imho. If we are to keep playing out from the back we have to be putting enough on the pass

BBC stats read as though they are all over us, but good Rovers attack going on now

Really, CR? Possession stats are only 48:52% in their favour.  https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50611125

We just don’t look a threat, even no dons when they come forward look dangerous and they are one of the worst teams in the league

Pretty dire first half. Very lack-lustre and looking shaky at the back......again

Really weird game to watch actually. It seems we aren’t pressing at all unless they come over the halfway line. I guess DM must have told them to play that way but it’s leading to a lot of standing around (for the players) and their keeper and defenders standing with the ball looking nonplussed that we aren’t pressing them. It isn’t going down well with the crowd at least not the people sat behind me 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤣

Passing accuracy is poor from both teams and the one good thing is that they appear as devoid of imagination as we are 🤣

When we do press or make a decent cross we’ve had some good chances. Copps over the bar and Sadlier and May have had on target shots saved.

With a bit more quality on the final pass we should be 2 or 3 up..

3-1 wouldn’t have been a surprising score..

However we’re not at our best.  Sheaf is getting caught out too often.

And for those who always say May goes sideways or backwards, he drew the first save of the game..

We have had 3 decent shots along the deck that were well saved, but had they been up in the corner they would have gone in..

As long as we don’t do anything silly at the back these are there for the taking.

I beg to differ,  we do look a threat going forward.. we have made their keeper make a few saves..

Yes we could be better but it isn’t as bad as some folks are making out..

Agreed. Def a threat when we actually make a move there have to be goals here if we keep doing what we’re doing.

Good afternoon everyone. It seems we are not playing to our best today, from all reports here. Hopefully will get them fired up for the 2nd half.

You’ve got to take the standard of opposition into account. These lot are in abysmal form
We’ve now gone over 300 mins without scoring a goal
Not rocket science to understand why that is
