The only way Premier league sides get beat by TLOD is if they are complacent, rest too many and have an off day.
None of which apply today unfortunately

There is no pressure on us at all.
It won’t be shameful to lose this game.

Got to change a few things here. The midfield are playing in no mans land, and are no where near when they have the ball - interestingly though, better when we have the ball. That might just be the tactics Darren asked them to do though?

The defence cannot play the slow sluggish game they usually do, passing it between themselves, if they do it, it needs to be with purpose, fizzing the ball at each other.

Nothing really unexpected though - West Ham are at their peak at the moment

Why again do we get a free kick and pass backwards towards our keeper? We are 2 nil down!!

Maybe not shameful but I’ll certainly see it as a shame if we fail to make more of a game of it in the second half. Going out with a whimper as it stands.

What a huge stadium it is.  It might have been filled today too in different circumstances.

We could do with Taylor Richards.

We have to be realistic though Nick.
We are comfortably outclassed here and doing our best just to keep the score down at the moment.

I'd be happy to shake hands now and walk off without any injuries or bookings..

Keeping the score down. That's all we can do now to avoid a humiliation.

The BBC commentators are so condescending.

Apparently we may struggle with the pace later on in the game! We're league one, not part-time non-league!

I don’t care what level the opposition are at, there is no excuse for the piss poor passing we have done. And also don’t play a free kick back to the keeper FFS!

Moyes has shown us the respect we deserve and played a strong team with experience throughout, so was always going to be difficult. If we can nick a goal early in the 2nd half, who knows what might happen, but right now I'd be happy to finish with score as it is, and dare I say it...concentrate on the League?

I had exactly the same thought. We are full time professional DRFC, not a  bunch of teachers, bakers and mechanics who train twice a week using car headlights to floodlight the training pitch.

Typical BBC commentator who watches Premier League week in week out. We are TLOD to them, nothing more. t**ts.

But we do that every week. Halliday's first reaction is to turn and pass the ball back.

John off Richards on.

John is our weak link, we are getting absolutely ripped to bits down the right flank, big 45 ahead.. wouldn’t be bothered if we lose but let’s show a bit of composure Christ, can see the nerves in every player.

When we are playing 4 centre backs and three full backs in a team it isn't much wonder we are struggling to create, no matter how flexible they are. West Ham are far too good for us, take Smith off and put Taylor Richards on is the only positive move we can make.

Exactly bjw.
If anyone thought we would be able to play like we do against other L1 teams I am surprised.

Just think it’s disappointing that there’s not a bit more fight - Chorley-Wolves was a much more competitive game last night despite a much bigger gap, and Blackpool have just equalised at Brighton. Things like that suggest it’s not beyond the realms of possibility to make more of a game of it.

League One scores aren't too bad at the moment. A draw for Portsmouth v Hull would be nice.

Can't play teams with this quality and have so little depth as we have today.  2 full backs in midfield and centre halves at full back works against average league 1 sides, it isn't working against players who coat 20+ million each.

It does show that we need 3-4 players in and to get others fit. Different game if you have the players we had a few weeks ago (Sims, whiteman, gomes, John Jules all massive misses).

We've had a few bad first halves this season & Darren's got a reaction from us, fingers crossed we can get going a bit more.

Of course it is disappointing but WH are not holding back are they and we knew they would be too good for us if they didn’t think it was a case of just having to turn up.
Maybe if we score the next goal in the game they might get a bit twitchy.

That made me angry too , we have to play far more games in a season than TLOWHU.
We gave them far too much respect and they will be told that at half time.

The BBC need to drop the condescension,  it's bad enough not having a crowd but when you have commentators .....you just want to switch off. !!

Someone mentioned earlier about hoping that it won’t impact our league form. Last time we went out of the FA Cup to Premier League opposition it took us 8 games to win in the league again...
