Sky stats are great, according to them we’ve had 50% possession and Accrington 51%

Too many invisible players, Bostock, Baldwin being the main 2

Silly me, I honestly thought the tide might turn tonight, but the minute we scored for them after 2 mins the sinking feeling set in that I’m just pissing in the wind.

I'm staying upbeat, I think there's something in this game for us if we can show a bit of quality.

45 minutes to have a shot, off target but at least a shot. This is going to be a LONG game.

We've got better as the half progressed. Big talk at half time.

We've got zero options on the bench to change it things. In fact, we might as well not have any subs.

Not a single shot!

Correction: on target.

Where are the goals going to come from? We don't have one player in that team who looks capable of scoring. It's shocking that things are this bad. Every team has injuries to deal with, it is no excuse.

It’s not an excuse it’s a reason.
Our front 3 is out injured, and possibly our best midfielder.

Now 52%/48% in our favour. The come back is on!

Just a feeling of inevitability about losing again like last season. Said it then teams that finish so poorly struggle the next year even with a lot of new players

Grown into the game, Gardner and Close shown some good touches, but my God we have absolutely nothing up front. Wouldnt be worse with Bingham and Thomas upfront.

Balanced view from Hoden.

"Rovers find themselves behind at the break courtesy of Pontus Dahlberg’s very early mistake but there’s not been a tremendous amount in the game since.

The visitors have arguably had the better of the possession and have worked some nice stuff in the middle of the park but it’s still not happening in the final third.

There’s been very little in the way of penetration from Rovers and they’ve yet to truly test Accrington keeper James Trafford.

But they managed the game well after the tricky opening, slowing down the tempo and taking the sting out of Accrington’s early start."
