I'm an aged early retiree TT. I got up for a wee and it's so light I struggled to get back to sleep, so I did my quizzes, read the news and sport and eventually did get another hour at 6am
It’s only recently I’ve started waking up in the night for a pee. Mrs T gets up about 4 times!
I’ve found I can’t get back to sleep either, must be the light as you say.

My nocturnal peeing depends on whether I've had a beer or not. I usually go all night without needing to get ip, although Mrs Mug gets up at least twice a night, beer or not!
