The Process will deliver promotion. With football being played The Right Way.We just need our proven recruitment team to sign some fit, athletic, creative, composed and technically gifted players in every single position on the pitch. Such footballers who also haven’t been spotted by any richer clubs that is, to sign for a declining mid table league two club with a losing mentality and an inexperienced manager. Then we are good to go! Bring on next season. You lot just need to stop being so narrow-minded, it’s not like anything is on the line!

Exactly what is "The Process" ??Some magical way of doubling the size of the oppositions goal and halving yours ?And who the f*ck does he think he is that somehow he has found a new, better way to play the wonderful game than all the greats that have gone before! It beggars belief really.

And given we don’t have a target player, such as Akinfenwe, I’m puzzled now as to what the process actually is. His process also seems very cautious and very much on the defensive side. It’s certainly not a possession game like SOD extolled.

Were DS and the players all on amphetamines that day? If not, why haven't they done it since?

I think Coppinger saw him as the nearest to O’Driscoll, he listened to fans wanting a team that plays good football, but he has talked a good game and delivered very little.

I'm guessing that this article covers 'the process'. Given the amount of money that Arsenal have thrown at it, it's not hard to see the difficulty in trying to get it to work at Doncaster.https://www.football.london/arsenal-fc/transfer-news/trust-process-how-sports-mantra-21533849
That’s the next question that I don’t think was asked of DS. If this process will win games how long till he expects us to win games with some regularity. Might guide us in a decision re his future. Obviously he wouldn’t answer it
Christ! If it takes us 8 years to get it right we could be in the Sunday morning pub league by then.
