We got to sack him now, the payoff he would get, is just the same now as it was 12 weeks ago or 12 weeks from now, it’s a rolling contract, so will always take 12 months severance
Someone on here said the other day that sacking DS should be seen as an investment. Yes we have a cost of paying him off but get the replacement right and we will improve ticket sales before the summer and then during next season as we play better. Also the likes of Hurst and Olowu need to be playing in a team doing well if their value is to increase. If DS stays yes you save another managers salary but lose ticket sales and not one of our players is going to be sold for a decent number with him around. Even the likes of Faulkner you can see leaving for nothing because DS won’t play him from the start.

Gary Mc is still been paid till Oct this year. Value of money is same whenever you do it but eventually it’ll stay sucking money from other areas. Still the manager is the most important job in the club. Spend on that and find savings elsewhere imo. He has to go

I don’t suppose that can be answered.
If we sack him now, the next manager will have the same diabolical squad and won’t get many, if any, results until the end of the season. He will then be called every name under the sun and we’ll be arguing all summer whether or not he’s good enough.

I think you’re massively overrating our squad, it’s shocking.

But we need to be realistic he's well out of his depth and the sooner we get someone in with experience at this level the better. I've nothing against the guy but it's obvious he's not up to the job, having said that it's not an easy task to whomever comes in.
This is a bit like the managers tactics. You keep asking the same question and getting the same result .
