As some people would say on here just give him till the end of the season and then evaluate.!
There maybe reasons why the club isn’t taking decisions now , but the clubs intent needs to shown sooner rather than later!!

We don’t have a process to get value for money with signings. We need to spend money creating that process before we try to go mad signing players.

Go on then, I’ll ask as you do hint and refer to this a lot.

What would you implement?

If Schofield does get to stay for the start of next season I will feel particularly sorry for TB.
He will have taken advice from such as Copps about keeping DS and will probably feel as though his money has been wasted if we give clubs a ten or fifteen points start and fans are again calling for Schofield to be sacked.
It is great that TB has volunteered extra funding but sadly I think that he has been badly advised about Schofields ability to get us promotion.

To be fair we had a recruitment department that lead to the single worst 2 transfer windows in history. I could have done a better job than Graham Younger.

Funds isn’t the main issue and Copps should concentrate on getting value for money out of what he’s given before laying the blame for where we are at on lack of funding.

If I was TB I’d tell them show me you won’t waste it then I’ll write you the cheque!

Thing is TB is a businessman...
So what facts and stats are they showing that implies that this is working right now?

I can't comprehend the commitment to Schofield, the funds are a generous and much needed boost, but in the same breath we have committed to keep the worst manager we've had to ready us for next season. I can't see where another point or goal is coming from, matchdays are increasingly becoming unwatchable turgid rubbish, why on earth are we sticking with him. As others have said, there's no evidence to support this, no mitigation at all - results are desperately bad, performances are the worst in a generation (at least), fan satisfaction is lowest since we had a Chairman who was deliberately trying to destroy the club, Schofield can't motivate, he can't adapt, he has no relationship with fans, his interviews are unintelligent drivel. He has no redeeming features. Why are we keeping him, what am I missing?
